We are hiring a talented Actor for an upcoming Annual Meet in Mumbai. The client is from the Hospitality sector and expects a polished, professional presence on stage. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong Theatre, Commercial, Method Acting, Improv skills and prior experience with similar events. Rehearsal coordination and punctual reporting will be essential.

Requirements

• Arrive on time and complete sound check / briefing before the Annual Meet
• Deliver professional Actor performance as per client brief
• Coordinate with event manager and production crew on site
• Maintain dress code and brand guidelines throughout the event
• Handle minor adjustments calmly without disrupting the schedule

Deliverables

• Complete Actor performance for the scheduled Annual Meet
• Pre-event rehearsal or walkthrough if requested by client
• Basic social media mention (optional) if agreed in advance
• Post-event sign-off with event coordinator

Project details
